Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. International tracking can take a few days to show movement after dispatch. That's normal, and your parcel is on its way.

Every set comes with the Otera Promise: wear it for 30 days, and if nobody asks you about it, email us and we'll refund you in full. You keep the pieces. If anything arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you, with no need to send it back. See our Refund Policy for full details.
